Nordic Saunathon
Setting a new Sauna World Record
19–20 March, 2026
What is Nordic Saunathon?
Saunathon is our slightly crazy, very Finnish attempt to break a Guinness World Record: 24 hours of relay-style sauna on the International Day of Happiness. It’s equal parts challenge, celebration, and love letter to the one ritual Finland does better than anyone else.
Along the way, we are bringing in speakers and partners who are all pushing the conversation on wellbeing, happiness, and what it actually means to live well, both inside and outside the sauna.
“Why?” you might ask.
Honestly? Why not.
About the Organisers
We are a group of creators and entrepreneurially minded people who take happiness seriously and treat it as real fuel for how we live and work. For us, wellbeing is not an add-on; it is where meaningful things actually begin. We want to spark change close to home and make Nordic happiness something the world cannot overlook. So we create events, experiments, and projects that hit harder than you might expect. Our latest example is the Nordic Happiness Summit, just a small example of what happens when we put our minds (and hearts) to something.
